Problem

This personnel control and logistics software has many variables within its sales process. Who offers it, requests it, buys it, uses it and reports it. These variables made it difficult to create business communication.

Process

I interviewed several people in different positions to understand their needs and the benefits they were getting from Mapcel's service.

Then I drew a Journey Map following the AISAS methodology.

Solution

We create profiles for each user where we define communication messages aimed at buying and selling.

Follow up

After the implementation, I designed surveys to identify progress and opportunities for optimization.
