With many years of experience in supplying accessories for retail stores (Walmart, Soriana, Oxxo), they faced a problem in expanding their market to small neighborhood stores.

I interviewed local store owners to understand their needs and identify their digital behaviors and keywords.

Then, in Adobe XD I established the most appropriate information flow to improve the user experience.

Solution

We created an online store to solve their needs in a clear and simple way.

We spread the word through YouTubers sharing their experiences owning a local store.

Follow up

After a few experiments with Google and Facebook ads, we determined the main interactions of users with the store, which allowed us to optimize and improve the user journey.
